BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- GCU junior Georgina Dunn (pictured, Peterborough, England/King's School/New Mexico State) finished fifth at the Western Washington University Invitational at Bellingham Golf Club Tuesday.
The Antelopes finished fifth as a team with a two-round score of (328-311) 639. Dunn finished (79-76 -- 155) 9-over par and eight strokes behind individual champion Cicilia Chudvian of CSU-Monterey Bay.
WWU won the event with a 626.
Senior Jennifer Lutz (Mesa, Ariz./Mesa/Mesa CC) placed 10th (75-83 -- 158).
Junior Brittany Anderson (Goodyear, Ariz./Estrella Foothills) had the best GCU round of the tournament with a second-round even-par 73. She finished 22nd (90-73 -- 163).
Junior Jacqueline Sneddon (Meigle, Scotland/Madras College/Elmwood College) finished 29th (84-80 -- 164) and freshman Alexandra Malmsjo (Stockholm, Sweden/Saltsjobaden) placed 43rd (90-82 -- 172).
